We're splitting.

YL nite is over. We no longer have to paint banners, canisters and boxes. We no longer have glossy paint to be confiscated by the school. There are no more half-dried souvenirs for the evil aunties/uncles to dispose of. There is no more need for shibao to pia personalised seniors' photos at 3 seniors per 5minutes. It is no longer necessary to be octopus-ing and apollo-ing and nose-bleeding at the sky tower together anymore. No more Joel Haw to worry about. No more NSRCC or Safra or IMM to ponder over. No more balloons to blow till our fingers tingle. No more monkeying to hang up the banner. No more pushing the sofa around like movers. No more excuses for 35 people to stay back and 看星星。It has ended.

The sky has been emo. Yes. It has been, hasn't it? Perhaps the heavens understand the emotional dilemma that we all face at the moment. It will be hard, won't it be? I have been rather upset over all these stuff lately. Perhaps some of you may think that these worries are uncalled for. Maybe I just feel insecure, hence the excessive emoing.

Just want to tell everyone. Honestly, at this moment most of us are aware that We! will be fractionated. We! will no longer be the orginal 51 that attended the precamps. Nor the 43 that completed YLTC. Not even the 35 who wanted so badly to be in OAC. At this moment, no one knows for sure who's going to be in or out. And perhaps, this is the best time to remind ourselves, especially those who will be in, to cherish and treasure YL.

Please love this CCA. OAC, is a CCA that will die without love, without attention, without sacrifice. It needs passion to grow, to be strong.

Others may think that OAC is ridiculous; OAC is dumb. It conducts stupid interviews and acts all elitist. BUT these people, never went thro' YLTC together. They didn't have to suffer all kinds of humiliation together. They didn't wear each others' underwear. They didn't hug each other at the end of MROC after 5 days without bathing. THEY DIDN'T DO ALL THAT WE HAVE DONE. So, they do not know. They think they do. They think we're just a bunch of people who have gone mad after the seniors instructed us to clean floors by rolling around, and remaining 7mins in inclined pull-up position. But, they just do not understand.

I think, somehow we need to constantly remind ourselves how much YL means to us. How the people from We! have filled the void in our hearts. How we have found friends that will forever bind, and formed a spirit that should never die.

Despite of the upcoming lecture tests and catching up of work to do, We! still came together after school, like how it had been for the previous 3 weeks before YL night. Let it remain this way. Let the magic stay.
