shall post a few shout outs to people i've worked with during yltc! :D
brandon sir bi'ao random brandon mojojojo and all the other funny names we invented in apaches debrief times, my one and only fellow apaches rover it's been great working with you in YLTC! whether it's talking about everything under the sun during lock alert, or trying to keep up with your super duper cycling speed during land ex, or blowing bubbles before dorm check haha you've been great company! thanks for making my YL experience such an awesome one(: rmb to touch your toes every morning when you wake up now that there's no more apaches debrief for you to practice k!
mel brudder evil powerpuff princess! hahaha you're very cute with all your air-headedness and sleep-walking and bad spelling but apaches debriefs/sentries are never boring because there's you and shengwei around(: you've shown to be a very responsible and caring GI (though you and shengwei keep squabbling hahaha) and i must say apaches is really lucky to have a GI like you (though you force them to protect you from rats and cats and dogs and whatnots :P)! :D
shengwei king frog small-eyed-bubbles stupid sw! you've balanced your prog i/c and GI duties impressively (y)(y) under you and mel, apaches has risen to great great heights (like comanches 07 wooo!) haha you're someone who always has something to say about whatever's going on and i think that's one of the main reasons why apaches could grow so much(: what can i say but, good job! your presence in YLTC was really appreciated(:
sherene queen frog sherz :) thanks for trying your best for oac(: haha though i say this after every event, i must say this again! i couldn't imagine another person as my CI and i'm glad we pulled through this together. making impromptu decisions, lugging jerry cans, running back and forth from the training shed to block b, late night discussions about action plans... so many memories, haha. oh! and i must say, i admire your patience with the teachers and all(: well i guess we all still have lots of areas to improve on and grow in so yup! let's jiayou together!
recre comm i guess we're one of the few lucky committees who got a chance to plan and execute events together throughout YL and yup! i couldn't think of any other better group members to have(: haha there was the initial period when we took aaaaages to think of mroc activities, when we practised roll calls early in the morning and when our i/c and ai/c agonised over how to scold better and all... but i think in the end we all worked well together and things turned out fine(: thank you rachel and yufeng our dependable comm i/cs who spent so much time and effort scolding and trying their best to make our juniors improve! rachel wahh revealed a side that was a 180deg rotation from her usual retarded self and yufeng you were absolutely GREAT so don't emo k(: cheers also to mingyew (whom i found the scariest when he scolds :x) for all the creative pt ideas haha and being so reliable.
thank you wei min jia min li ping brandon for being our trusty qms and being ever so patient even when we bombarded you all with the most trivial of questions (esp wei min!) and buying us yummy xmm (hahaha) and settling instructors' welfare and all!
okayokay i shall stop here or i can go on forever! all in all, yltc was so memorable because EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US worked hard together to make it the best one we could ever give(:
